FP&A Analyst- Diversified MarketsLocations: Chicago, Illinois; Reston, Virginia; Boca Raton, FloridaTime Type: Full TimePosted On: Posted YesterdayJob Requisition ID: 19031996What We'll Bring:This role will act as a key finance partner of the Diversified Markets FP&A team and is responsible for preparing month-end close review, assisting forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting ad-hoc business requests and special projects. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Tech, Retail, e-Commerce (TRE), Services, and 3rd Party Collections line of business, the largest segment within the Diversified Markets vertical; while also having the opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Global Solutions, and other cross-functional teams to identify potential revenue opportunities and cost optimization.Come be a part of our team! • 1-2 years' experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with typical business software packages, including MS Office, ERP systems (PeopleSoft, OneStream, Salesforce), BI, and Data Visualization tools
• Strong communication and writing skills - the ability to effectively make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organization
• Ability to operate under challenging time constraints and fast-paced environment, and address multiple deliverables simultaneouslyImpact You'll Make:
  • Prepares and distributes monthly and quarterly financial reports, provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and trends
  • Supports and assists in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle with the focus to improve forecasting accuracy, gaining in-depth exposure to the operation and performance of the business
