Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager
responsible for planning and executing merger and acquisition
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across various
workstreams
Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing
communications and expectations
Oversee cross-functional IT teams and monitor integration progress
and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of IT-centric project and program management
experience
Experience managing M&A programs consisting of 10 or more
projects
Professional certification such as PMP and/or PgMP is preferred
Background in process architecture and analysis is preferred
Insurance or financial services background is preferred
